Växtrummet I Norr AB – a vibrant company with ambitions. Växtrummet I Norr AB is run by CEO Alexander Elofsson, who has been active in the industry for 8 years, including operating Krokoms Trädgård o Hemservice and Östersunds Trädgård o Hemservice, which has now become Växtrummet I Norr AB. This means that there is significant knowledge and experience within the company. Alexander has managed both small and large projects for housing cooperatives, property companies, and private individuals over the years, which has contributed to our many satisfied customers.

We are located in the charming village of Lit in Jämtland, about 20 km east of Östersund, from where we help our customers with their gardens throughout Östersund, Krokom, and Åre municipalities.

Our customers typically include homeowners, summer cottage owners, housing cooperatives, and small businesses.

About the job

As a seasonal gardener with us, you will work with the care and maintenance of gardens, facilities, parks, and play areas.

The tasks will be adapted to your knowledge and previous experience. The most basic tasks involve lawn mowing, trimming, cleaning, and weeding in garden environments, but depending on interest and knowledge, may also include pruning of shrubs and trees, planting of plants and trees, maintenance of paved areas, tree felling, and planting.

With us, you will be part of a mobile team that performs assignments together. You will often not be alone on a task. Our assignments are spread across Östersund municipality, Krokom municipality, and Åre municipality, and we provide you with tools and machines so you can carry out the jobs safely, efficiently, and competently.

Who are you?

As a person, you are service-oriented and goal-focused. You speak and write in Swedish. You enjoy being outdoors regardless of the weather and contribute to team spirit through a positive attitude towards our assignments and your colleagues.

Whether this is your first job or you have worked in gardening before, you need to be driven by a desire to develop, learn more, and take on greater responsibility. Even though we plan the maintenance tasks to be performed during normal working hours, the work can occasionally become intense, and overtime may be necessary.

The position is a seasonal employment for 5 months starting at the end of April. The position is part-time at 50%. There is a possibility of extension if needed. Individual salary setting applies.
